My Journey Into Healing & Purpose

From as early as I can remember, I’ve carried a deep and natural desire to help others—not just to offer care, but to truly be part of and support their transformation. This calling has always lived inside me: to serve in a meaningful, lasting way. But for many years, I couldn’t find the right path to express it.

Before I stepped into my purpose, I experienced my own share of struggles. I lived with constant stress, tight muscles, digestive discomfort, emotional breakdowns, and an overwhelming sense of being lost. I had no clear life direction, and this lack of alignment pulled me into situations that left me drained—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Everything shifted when I discovered the healing arts—what many call Alternative Therapies.

As a client, I began to feel profound relief. These modalities didn’t just ease my physical symptoms—they helped me reconnect with myself and my inner guidance. A clarity began to rise. For the first time, I felt aligned. I knew that this was my path.

That moment, now eight years ago, marked the beginning of a new chapter in my life. I committed to the healing arts—first i studied therapeutic bodywork, and then Life Coaching. These two streams came together to form the foundation of my work:

Helping others release emotional and physical burdens, while guiding them toward the life they are meant to live.

As I practiced, I realized something beautiful—people naturally opened up to me. They felt safe. Heard. Seen. I wasn’t just offering techniques; I was creating space. Holding presence. And most importantly, I was doing what I was born to do: to help others, and to walk beside them as a supportive force in their transformation.

Today, I offer a blend of holistic modalities—from emotional release and body-based therapies to personal development and life direction coaching. Each session is a meeting of souls, and I am deeply honored to hold space for others as they heal, grow, and step into their truth.

Different Global Sources

🔹 1. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) The Meridian System.

My therapies are deeply rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
a healing system developed over 3,000 years ago. One of its core principles is the Meridian System, which maps how energy (Qi) flows through the body.

In TCM, it is understood that physical and emotional health are deeply intertwined, and that when emotional energy is blocked or suppressed, it manifests in the body — often as tension, discomfort, or even illness.
In summary, TCM is based on the following core principles:

*Energy (Qi) flows through meridian channels that link our internal organs, muscles, and emotions.

*Each meridian is associated with a specific emotion, such as anger (liver), sadness (lungs), worry (spleen), or fear (kidneys).

*Suppressed or unexpressed emotions create blockages in these channels, leading to somatised stress — stress stored in the body. This blocked emotional energy can result in symptoms like chronic pain, digestive upset, emotional instability, or general imbalance.

*Healing comes from acknowledging and releasing these emotional blockages, allowing energy to flow freely again and restoring harmony.

*Somatic therapies(Hands on therapies) are very effective to interact and open up those channels intentionally.

🔹 2. Dr. John E. Sarno – Tension Myositis Syndrome (TMS)

Dr. Sarno was a pioneer in understanding how repressed emotions—especially anger—can cause physical pain. His theory, called Tension Myositis Syndrome (TMS), explains how emotional stress impacts muscle health.
In summary, TMS is based on the following core principles:

*Repressed emotional stress, particularly anger, restricts blood flow and oxygen to muscles.

*This leads to chronic pain, especially in the back, neck, and shoulders.

*The pain is not due to physical injury but to psychological tension stored in the body.

*Recovery involves recognizing, feeling, and processing the underlying emotions.

*Somatic therapies(Hands on therapies) are very effective to help in this process intentionally.

🔹 3. Dr. Alexander Lowen – Bioenergetic Analysis

Dr. Lowen’s work explores how repressed emotions are stored as chronic muscular tension. He believed that the body “remembers” everything we suppress, and that healing involves movement and expression. In summary, Bioenergetic Analysis is based on the following core principles:

*Unfelt emotions are stored as tension patterns in the muscles and posture. The body literally "armors" itself to block painful feelings.

*Emotional healing comes from releasing these muscular blocks through Somatic therapies ( hands on therapies) aswell as breath, movement, and voice.

*The body is not just a container—it’s a direct expression of your emotional life.Somatic therapies(Hands on therapies) are very effective to help in this process intentionally

🔹 4. Dr. Peter A. Levine – Somatic Experiencing

Dr. Levine developed Somatic Experiencing, a method that works with the body’s natural ability to release trauma. He discovered that trauma is not only psychological but also biological — it gets stuck in the nervous system and body tissues. In summary, Somatic Experiencing is based on the following core principles:

*Trauma lives in the body, not just the mind.It disrupts the nervous system, causing tension, hypervigilance, or shutdown.

*Healing involves slowly and safely completing the body’s fight/flight/freeze responses. This helps restore natural regulation, balance, and presence.

*Somatic therapies(Hands on therapies) are very effective for processing and releasing the trauma with specific intention.

🔹 5. Bessel van der Kolk – The Body Keeps the Score

Dr. van der Kolk’s groundbreaking work shows that emotional trauma reshapes both the brain and body. He emphasizes that true healing must happen through the body, not just through talk therapy. In summary, his work is based on the following core principles:

*Trauma changes the brain’s wiring and the body’s physiology. It affects muscle tone, posture, breathing, and overall physical health.

*Verbal processing alone is not enough—body-centered practices are essential.Healing includes movement, breathwork, and body awareness.Somatic therapies(Hands on therapies) are very effective for processing and releasing the trauma with specific intention.

🔹 6. Medical Sources –Emotions Trapped in the Body.

Modern science is also catching up with what ancient wisdom has always known — that unfelt emotions live in the body and affect our health. In summary, research highlights the following:

*Suppressed emotions are linked to muscle tension, fatigue, digestive issues, and more.

*Chronic stress and emotional repression disrupt hormonal and nervous system function.

*Releasing emotions through body-based work(somatic therapies)can improve mental and physical health.

🔹 7. Scientific Research – Anger & Muscle Tension.

A growing body of research shows the direct connection between emotion and muscle activity. In summary, this study confirms:

*Suppressed anger is associated with increased paraspinal muscle tension.Emotional repression leads to chronic stress patterns in the body.

*Addressing emotions reduces muscular holding and pain.

*Somatic therapies are very effective for processing and releasing the stored emotions or trauma.

🔹 8. Dr Gabor Matés work

Dr. Gabor Maté began as a conventional doctor in the USA but shifted to a holistic path after seeing emotional pain behind physical illness.
He believes the mind and body are inseparable—and unprocessed emotions deeply affect health.
Suppressing feelings like anger, fear, or sadness weakens the immune system and invites disease.
He teaches that many chronic illnesses stem from lifelong emotional repression.
True healing begins when we gently face and express what we’ve long buried.
